Whitewolfmoon Melissa Cauldwell Location: Mountains of southwestern Virginia (spittin distance to NC) General info: Born August 8, 1971 at Fort Monmouth NJ. With a lovely Virgo rising, I'm very analytical. I drive myself insane at times thinking, but I think I have finally gotten a handle on that. (you can too! two screws, a handle and a screw driver. Look better than Frankenstein, or Bride of !!) I was ordained with Universal Life Church on October 30th, 1998. (An interesting Anniversary too, as this is the date of my major car accident when I was a teen that has changed my whole life.) Speaking of the accident, I suffer from fibromyalgia that I got from this trauma. I'm a very Eclectic Pagan Witch. While I've been on this path since I was 13, I never knew what to call it specifically for a long time. I grew up Southern Missionary Baptist (even taught Sunday School) but began finding my own path after my premonitions began. All it took to sever that cord was my Grandmother saying that premonitions are the work of the Devil.. hmm.. guess her mother, her daughter and her sister must be in league with him then, cause it seems to be hereditary. My strongest qualities are my love and empathy for everyone and everything as well as my humor and inner strength. I love, laugh and live. My greatest love is for my "monster" boyfriend and bestfriend. We both have a passion for things strange, odd, weird, witchy, Halloween and horror-related. We have a business together and spend a great deal of time with that. We give tours of our home, Gargoyle Manor, a Halloween/Monster Museum with 33+ years of memorabelia. I have lived a hard life and it's made me the woman I am today. Without those pains and trials I would not have come this far, for it has tempered me into a strong woman. I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was physically, mentally as well as sexually abused. I have been poor all my life. I was an outcast. I had a mentally deranged brother who devoted ten years trying to kill me - he finally gave up. I've been divorced, I've been homeless, I've lived in a canvas tent for half a year. I know what it's like, I've been there. I have hit rock bottom and started digging. But that was when I learned my greatest lessons, and that is where I found myself. Mystic LadyAbout Self:

I am a married mother of 7 children that are living and one that has joined Our God and Goddess. Of these 7 living, three of them I gave birth to, one is my husband's son (prior relationship) and two are my sister's sons (she abandoned them at the age of twelve and 14 and I am now their Mom) and one abused child. I have four of the seven now living with me. One of my sister's sons does not like the rules of school and/or work so he chose to move out and the other is trying to finish school at his Aunts. I am a homemaker though I graduated from college majoring in Accounting. I have had 11 years in working with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Obstinent Defiance Disorder and Tourettes Syndrome children (2 of them being my own). I am involved in the Girl Scouts of the USA with my youngest daughter. I take my children on nature hikes through as many wooded areas as I can find in the city, and teach them about and to respect nature. I teach children the love of music, dancing and rhythm, often dancing with my own kids in the middle of the living room floor. I play keyboards/piano and though not very experienced, I try to write some music. I have a deep-seated love for law and love to find the loop holes in it. My husband and I are on the same path and found the right religion that soothes our souls. Though not all family and friends agree with us, they respect our ways (except his mother). My mother had me learning basics of witchcraft while I was growing up. When I was 25, she started teaching me candle magic. She was an encourager and in my opinion, a great mother and Witch.

My Personality:

Geeze this is a hard one. I do match a Capricorn almost exactly. There are a few things I am not like. I try to be a patient, loving, kind, caring and giving person. Even to the sacrifice of myself at times.

Things I have Done in The Past:

OK Now I am going to try to rely on this memory of mine. I have at times, taken practically strangers into my home and fed and housed them, because they needed a place to stay and were homeless. What I mean by practically strangers: My oldest son (actually my sister's) had a 30 year old man he was working with and he needed a place to stay after getting evicted. I did not know this person from anyone and would not have known him on the streets but he needed a place so I housed and fed him for two months and only asked from him to help with some things on house that I could not do physically. He stayed for two months till he got an apartment. (He had to save money for deposit.) I also take in abused children and seem to be a magnet for these children. I am adopted by all my kids friends as Mom and they all like to hang around here.


My family has a tradition of adopting families at Yule time. We have done this for years, since I was a lot younger and my 13 yr. old was a baby. This is a family thing and we will continue to do this until I am no longer on this plane of existence but on the other side. Then, my children will carry it on, as I hope I have instilled in them the goodness to do it. We also have a tradition of reading the true meaning of solstice before we celebrate Yule. My children are all being educated on that.

I have had in the past and one in the recent past, friends who lost everything due to a fire or some other misfortune. I have gathered home items, food, clothing, dishes, ect and taken them to them so they can get back on their feet, as well as, given help to flooded areas or people hit by hurricanes, etc., through contact at my former place of employment (Park College). Through there I worked with the military all over the USA. The last ones that I have helped that Wolfebane and Waterflower knows of is Laura who's house burned down by two arsonists here in Kansas City, A young momma that needed help of a home, I am on WADL, though I am not a member. I am wishing to be a representative eventually for my area that I live to be able to help mother's/father's loosing their children because of their religion.

Magical:

I have covered a lot of that, but still there is more to say. :) I have been taught magically for years by my mother, but the last six years have been more serious. I study solitaire, but take notes which I share with my husband and daughter. I study Earth Based Regions, including Wiccan. I also study Romany Gypsy due to my interest in my heritage as well.

Strengths:

Visualization, readings (usually from jewelry), song, dance, poetry, protection, mojo bags, defensive spells, paying attention to my dreams, my sixth sense (inner bell is what I call it), candle magick and persistence. I don't like to give up at all.

I hope I have covered everything. This gives you a very good insite to what kind of person I am.

Prairie Moon My name is Prairie (my real name). (Taurus sun, Gemini rising, Virgo moon). I hate labels, but if I have to have one, I guess I'd say I'm an "eclectic pagan". I take a little bit of everything, throw it in the cauldron, let it boil for a while, then spoon it out & see how it tastes. If it's good, I incorporate it into my life. I've been reading Tarot cards ever since I was a teenager (suffice it to say it was a LONG time ago!!) I've been teaching Tarot classes since 1993, but decided to take a break for a while. I will occasionally take on a student or 2, but nothing formal for now. My totem animals are the snake, the coyote, the wolf & the red-tailed hawk. Not an easy group to work with, I know! I have 4 children that I gave birth to (Paul, Santana, Elysia and Fawn), and 3 more that I adopted (Rhonda, Trina and Billy). My children are from 30 to 17. I have 5 grandkids that I know of (Justin, Samantha, Cheyene, Amber & Kai-Ave). My son is Wiccan, 2 of my daughters are "pagan & proud", 1 daughter is undecided (the youngest one), the 3 I adopted all claim the Christian title, but none of them go to church. Go figure. I've been studying the runes lately, & discovering how well they fit with the Tarot. I know enough to know how much I don't know! I currently share my life with 1 dragon (He's actually a 4 foot iguana named Draco), 2 dogs and 3 cats. But, that's subject to change at a moment's notice. I live in the Pacific Northwest next to the Columbia River. Every day, I look at "my" beautiful river & thank the Goddess for putting me here. Mary Jane D "Hi everyone, I'm Mary Jane (like in shoes, candy, marijuana). I was born and raised in the great state of New Jersey (no jokes please). Born on July 13, 19?? and married on June 13, 19?? so let's just say I am an old crone and 13 is my lucky number. I have been practicing the wiccan religion for 21 years come this May. Norm Vogel "I was born 1/22/52 & have Leo Rising. I was supposed to be born on Christmas Day, but I waited, 'cos I wanted to be an Aquarius! I almost died, & my Mom had to have blood transfusions. I never "fit in" with the other kids and, at the age of seven, I had what is described today as a "Near Death Experience". I knew I was here for a reason! I was quickly disallusioned with my Lutheran background, and started studying the Occult at age 13, & covered EVERY phase of it. The Main Thing I learned is that there is a LOT more out there than people realise! I have been a practicing Witch for over 15 years, and have been affiliated with the WLPA, WARD, WADL, & the Sanctuary of the Silver Moon. I am a legally-ordained minister with the latter group.
